The CBT for Stress Management Program is designed to help you understand how stress affects your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and to give you practical tools for managing it more effectively. Using evidence-based interventions, this structured program combines education, reflection and skill-building to promote lasting change.
Before starting the program, you will meet with your therapist for an assessment to identify your unique needs and develop an individualized treatment plan. Based on this assessment, you will work with your therapist to learn relevant skills such as:
